Faculty global engagement opportunities
Tuesday, October 6 | 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Zoom
OIP connects outside organizations to academic staff to design and implement customized non-degree programs for visiting students and professionals. In this session, OIP staff will detail how we can support faculty collaboration with partners outside the United States to provide these opportunities, both in-person and virtually. We will also share details about WSU's global university partnerships, grants available for teaching/research abroad (such as the fully funded Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program) and other faculty opportunities. Register online.
Faculty-led study abroad
Tuesday, November 17 | 12 to 12:45 p.m.
Zoom
Faculty-led programs are an opportunity for students to work with a faculty member in a specific discipline and country. Study Abroad is proud to support several programs led by our WSU faculty. Join our session to learn what is involved with developing a faculty-led program. Who can lead a program? Where you can go? How can our staff support and collaborate with you and your department? A faculty leader will share their experiences and successes in offering a program abroad with WSU students. Register online.
