Looking for ways to get involved, meet new friends, and learn about new countries and cultures at Wayne State University? Then consider joining the Global Living Learning Community! 

The Global Living Learning Community (Global LLC) provides the opportunity for Wayne State University students to live in on-campus housing with other students from diverse cultural backgrounds and various countries. Residents will be able to interact with students from all over the world through programming, conversational partners, and sharing a living common space. This community is a dynamic place for students to enhance their intercultural competence and cross-cultural communication skills. Global LLC students live in Chatsworth Suites.

Advantages of joining the Global LLC:

• Small group mentoring and 1:1 attention from Peer Mentor and RA
• Specialized programming and activities geared towards the Global LLC
• Meeting students with similar interests to create a bond and community on campus

Eligibility for the Global LLC:

• First-year student to Wayne State for Fall 2021
• Planning to live in a residence hall on campus

Requirements for joining the Global LLC:

• Complete the WSU Housing application and select Global Living Learning Community
• Live on the Global LLC floor in Chatsworth Suites
• Follow the Global LLC agreement in the Global LLC application
