Saudi students thank WSU police for efforts
In a show of appreciation for the safe, secure environment the Wayne State University Police Department provides for students and residents in surrounding neighborhoods, Khalid Aldahmashi (fourth from left) and Saad Alzeer of WSU's Saudi Student Association present Chief Anthony Holt (center) with a plaque to recognize the department's care for the community. SSA members also created a plaque for the family of Sgt. Collin Rose, who was killed in the line of duty last December. Also participating were several members of the WSUPD and Ahmad Ezzeddine, associate vice president for educational outreach and international programs.
