Applying for a program
Applying for a study abroad program is a multistep process, but we'll walk you through it in our online portal. You don't have to complete the application at one time; you can complete sections and return later to finish the entire application. However, don't miss the application deadline!
Application Process
-
Go to your desired program's page within the application portal and use the green "Apply Now" button to get started.
If you have already started an application, do not use the Apply Now button again; instead, use the login button at the top of the page.
-
Complete and submit the General Application.
-
Complete and submit the Emergency Contact Questionnaire.
-
Upload your unofficial a transcript (accessible through Academica).
-
Submit a non-refundable $50 application fee through the application portal.
Make sure you click "submit" as you complete each section.
If you're partcipating on a faculty-led program, the faculty member leading the program reviews applications and makes the final decision about admission to the program. If you've applied to an exchange program, applications are reviewed by our foreign partners and our office staff. You'll receive notification of admission to the program via email. You can also view your admission decision in the application portal.
