Registration information
Current ELI students
If you are a current ELI student and plan to take ELI courses during the Spring/Summer 2024 semester, you must complete and submit both the Registration for ELI Courses form and the Financial Responsibility Agreement below. Courses will be offered in person on Wayne State's main campus.
Spring/Summer 2024 priority registration for ELI classes is open from March 18-April 26. Please complete the two forms below.
Note that priority registration for ELI classes ends on April 26. Any student registering after priority registration is charged an additional $35 fee if completed before the start of WSU classes and $70 if completed after the start of WSU classes.

| Wednesday, May 1 | ELI classes begin |
| Thursday, May 16 | ELI student schedule adjustment period ends (All schedules become final; no further changes.) NOTE: Students may request a change in ELI schedule during the first two weeks only by emailing Christi Laginess for approval. |
| Thursday, May 16 | Last day to register/add courses; last day to drop classes and receive 100% tuition refund. (Registration fee is non-refundable.) |
| Monday, May 27 | No classes - Memorial Day holiday - WSU closed |
| Monday - Thursday, June 10-13 | Midterm course grades |
| June 17-21 | Mid-semester break - No ELI classes |
| Thursday, July 4 | No classes - Independence Day holiday - WSU closed |
| July 8-August 8 | Priority registration for Fall 2024 (current ELI students) |
