Arriving by plane

Most international students arrive by plane at Detroit Metropolitan Airport, which is about 20 miles from campus, in the city of Romulus. You can get information about flights, ground transportation, rideshare services and maps of the terminals on the airport website. 

If you are staying temporarily at a hotel before moving into campus housing, check whether your hotel offers free shuttle service from the airport.

Above Excellent Transportation can provide shuttle service between Detroit Metro Airport, WSU and area hotels. You can make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance and pay with a credit card.
