If you have been accepted into your program, you will need to log back in to the application portal and complete important next steps, like paying your deposit and completing important forms needed for your specific program. Your deposit will be due within a couple days of your acceptance, and your forms will need to be submitted within two weeks of your acceptance.
If you decide to withdraw from your study abroad program, you can do so through your application portal.

- All WSU students, faculty, and staff who are participating in a study abroad program should review the Insurance Brochure.
- Participants who are purchasing insurance independently must complete the Insurance Enrollment Form.
- Faculty: All participating faculty are required to complete the Faculty Information Form.
- Guests: All guest of faculty and staff must complete the Guest Information Form.
